EMERGENCY FORMS
Each year an Emergency Contact Information Form is sent home with your child. Please make any necessary corrections and return it as soon as possible. The information on this form is used to contact parents or others in case the child is sick or has another emergency. It is imperative that parents complete this form and return it to the office. It is also very important that if any emergency information changes during the school year, the new information is reported to the school.
TOYS/ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Problems arise each year because students bring articles that interfere with the school program. Radios, MP-3 Players, Game Boys, trading cards, stuffed animals, weapons (real or toy), pellets, bullets, caps or explosives, matches, whoopee cushions, or other distracting items are considered “nuisance items” and do not need to be brought to school. There are many problems and issues that arise from bringing these items, including loss and damage, disputes between students and distraction to schoolwork. Bringing these items to school will result in a call to parents and possible disciplinary action.
CELLULAR PHONE PROCEDURES
A letter from the parent must be on file in the main office giving permission for cellular usage.
All phones must be kept in main office.
(THE MAIN OFFICE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN CELLULAR PHONES)
No students are allowed to have a cellular phone during school hours.
ANY STUDENT VIOLATING THE ABOVE RULES WILL FACE DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS.
